Three years ago, I received a text from my dad stating he had a mild heart attack. And although he recovered well from triple bypass surgery, that event triggered a series of life changing events for me. 

My healing discovery journey kicked in full effect. I began searching the internet, reading more books, watching documentaries, and talking to others who were going through a similar discovery journey.

I completed my Master's in Integrative and Functional Nutrition, and I'm currently obtaining a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology while learning the benefits of intuitive eating. Understanding how food shapes our mental health is essential to increasing our quality of life, giving us more time to spend with our loved ones, or spending more time on passionate activities.  I am passionate about passing along this information to you. 


I was born and raised in sunny San Diego, CA. After marrying my husband, we decided to move to the Pacific Northwest. Since then, we have traveled around the world and recently added a Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy into our lives. I am happy to virtually meet you!
